Diabetic Patient and Doctor, Dr. Stephen Ponder Discusses Tricks of the Trade

Dr. Ponder gives pointers on a few simple tricks that can bring down the unsuspecting diabetic patient. The first two involve misunderstandings; patients should not withhold medication due to normal blood sugar levels, or food due to high levels. Third, Dr. Ponder says that memory difficulties can create poor adherence, especially for additional medications many diabetic patients must take.
